Good Evening All....I just wanted to share a pic of the little somethin' for the give-away! I have a few other little goodies to tuck in along with it! All you need to do to be eligible is to post a comment with a holiday tidbit...on any post between "A Quiet Saturday Morning" and November 30th. I will draw on Tuesday, December 1st!!
Sorry it's not showing up very well....This is a snowman head door greeter....made by me using a pattern by Kentucky Primitives. You can't see him but there is a little mouse on the brim of his hat...along with a little crow!
I look forward to hearing from you!!!
Hope you are having a great week so far!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!

He is just precious!!! I have a soft spot in my heart for snowmen...they bring back the child in me!
Happy Thanksgiving! After 26 years of being an Active Duty Air Force family, we have spent Christmas's together and apart - all around the world. As a result of our wonderful experiences the old adage there is no place like home for Christmas - says it all!
I hope you and your family have a wonderful and Merry Christmas.

Great snowman..... I always simmer a pot of spiced tea with cinnamon around the holidays to give my home a "christmasy" smell.....
I put baskets of scented pine cones all around the house so the smell of Christmas is everywhere. I love your snowman.

I promise not to throw you...but sit you on a shelf
Hope I win...Thanks Sandra
The combination of clear glass , for example, bowls ,large mouth vases, hurricane shades, canning jars, candle holders, look great with white lights placed inside. Then add a little greenery and maybe small plain glass balls .You could even put pinecones in instead of balls and they could be left out all winter, or even all year for a lodge style home.Place a few of these around the house and it really looks like you went all out. With today's battery operated string lights makes this very very versatile. I do the same thing that Debbie does with cinnamon.Sometimes I use ground cinnamon and sometimes cinnamon sticks and I like to add a little cloves and vanilla to that. That snowman is super cute and I hope I win him as I have a place all set for him to go! :o)Thanks for your comment and for letting me know about the ironing board.Hope you had a great Thanksgiving Cindy!
What a cute snowman! Because we have used an artificial Christmas tree for the last 16 years, I always burn a Pine candle during this time of year. Whenever we have company, they always comment on the "real" tree! Thanks for entering me in your giveaway :-)
Hi Cindy ! I love your little sno guy and it will be a great give a way. For christmas I always make up a batch of chex mix and put it in decorative containers. I take it to our christmas party and hand them out to everyone for a little extra something for them. They all love it ! happy holidays ! Pammie
